Raiffeisen Site Planning

Raiffeisen uses the multidimensional tool in location planning. Based on catchment areas (travel time, isochrones), KPIs (key performance indicators) on market capacity, market attractiveness and market penetration are calculated in a micro analysis. In addition to the usual micro-economic data on households and companies, the calculation also includes data from spatial planning, housing and transport. Results are summarized in form of factsheets. The focus is on visual processing in maps and graphs.
